Q: What are some of the signs of a reading disabled child?
A: Some of the most common signs are:
  • Not reading up to level
  • Confuses letters such as b-d and words such as was-saw
  • Difficulty concentrating, hyperactive or distractible
  • Frustrates quickly with schoolwork
  • Reading is an unpleasant activity
  • Withdraws from academics
  • Often in trouble at school
  • Omits ends of words
  • Skips words or lines when reading
  • Loses place while reading
  • Difficulty with vowel sounds and consonant blends

Q: What about Dyslexia?
A: Our program helps students become proficient in left-right sequencing. This helps those who can readily use both left and right brain but get confused about which direction they are moving. When they master the singular challenge of keeping things going in the right direction, they have all the advantages of using both spatial (right brain) and verbal (left brain) reasoning without the handicaps of visual dyslexia. These kids have special potential.

Q: What about Attention Deficit?
A: Our program simultaneously focuses attention on vision, the action processes of speech, auditory feedback and even the process of breathing with the postural adjustment essential for breath support. When this is accomplished there are no channels left open for distraction. The student can now learn to concentrate without ritalin or other A.D.D. drugs.

Q: Is this program just for children?
A: No. This program will diagnose the reading skills of people at any age. From that point it advances them immediately toward full mastery of all that reading encompasses, right up to college level.

Q: Can I learn to teach this program myself?
